Jerry Belles – Rodeo Announcer
Jerry Belles has become a legend in the rodeo business and has earned the honor of being voted to announce the International Finals Rodeo on several occasions. Before his announcing career, Jerry competed in Bull Riding, Steer Wrestling and Team Roping for more than 20 years.
Jerry Todd – Rodeo Announcer
As the voice of rodeo for over 25 years, be assured that Jerry Todd has the experience needed to keep a rodeo running smoothly. With his wife Candy running the sound, this duo plays a huge part of a Cross Creek Rodeo production.
Leigh Moore – Director of Marketing
Leigh Moore is a vital “behind the scenes” associate of Cross Creek Rodeo Co. As the Director of Marketing, her tasks span throughout the entire year. Leigh also serves as the Cross Creek Rodeo official photographer. She can found at the rodeos taking her unique style photos, that she says capture “lchaim”, which means life in hebrew. Tootie Moore – Rodeo Secretary
Ms. Tootie Moore, member of the International Finals Rodeo personnel, has a rodeo job that not many would want or could handle… rodeo secretary. Her tasks include collection of entry fees paid by contestants competing at a rodeo, keeping score on each contestant entered, and the distribution of prize money to the winners.
Wendy Speight
Wendy Speight is one of Cross Creek Rodeo Companies certified timers at the rodeos. She understands the logistics of a Pro Rodeo, as she along with her husband serve on a Rodeo Committee.
Dusty Myers – Clown/Barrelman
At the tender age of only 27, Dusty Meyers has the experience under his belt of a veteran. Dusty has been honored by his peers 4 times to fight bulls and protect the bull riders at the International Finals Rodeo. The physical demands that are put on a bullfighter’s body have taken their toll on Dusty. He has since retired as one of the top bullfighters in the sport of professional rodeo. However, Dusty has not missed a beat…stepping right into the role of rodeo clown/barrelman. Once again, Dusty was honored as the International Finals Rodeo #39 clown/barrelman in 2009 held in Oklahoma City, OK.
Jamie Cook – Bullfighter & Pick-Up Man

Jamie Cook’s primary role is that of a professional bullfighter. However, he is also one of the duo of Cross Creek Rodeo’s Pick-Up men that help rescue the Bareback and Saddle Bronc riders from the back of the bucking horses when the cowboy’s ride is complete. Jamie also assists with the setting up of the mobile arena and also drives one of the many rigs used to transport bucking stock to the rodeos safely and comfortably. Jamie’s 11 years of loyalty, commitment and dedication to the Company have earned him the prestigious title of Cross Creek Rodeo Livestock Superintendent.
Liza Sullivan
For the past 11 years, Liza Sullivan has been a huge part of Cross Creek Rodeo Co. Liza’s pretty looks enable her to present Old Glory in a way like no one else. However, make no mistake about this cowgirl, her other duties at the rodeos include taking care of the saddle horses, working in the pens with the timed event cattle and helping load bulls into the bucking chutes. Liza also enjoys barrel racing and trying her hand at bull riding.
Dennis Morris – Pick-Up Man
Before Dennis Morris became a pick-up man and was honored to work the International Finals Rodeo, his talents were that of a 4 time World Champion Bull Rider. At the rodeos, Dennis helps with getting the Saddle Bronc and Bareback cowboys safely off the bucking horses and with keeping the arena cleared of livestock during the rodeo performances.
Valen Cook
Valen Cook is no stranger to the rodeo arena. She is a former 3 time South Carolina High School barrel racer and pole bending champion, a 4 time qualifier to the National High School Rodeo Finals and All American Quarter Horse Youth champion. Just like her barrel racing career, Valen takes charge at Cross Creek Rodeos organizing pre-rodeo duties, setting a pivot for opening ceremonies and working in the back pens handling livestock. She is also an avid Break-Away Roper and Team Roper.
David Moore
A carpenter by trade, David Moore truly enjoys being a part of the Company’s personnel. His job during the rodeos is sorting and loading the correct timed event cattle for the contestants that were drawn by the rodeo officials and secretary prior to the start of the performance.
Kayla McCaskill & Becca Hartness
Kayla McCaskill and Becca Hartness have both been involved in rodeo prior to joining on with Cross Creek Rodeo Co. Both Kayla and Becca have many tasks at the rodeos that include helping feed livestock, getting the saddle horses washed and saddled for the performances, carrying flags in the opening ceremonies and also helping with chores after each rodeo performance.
Rusty Butler
For 6 years Rusty Butler proudly served his country as a Navy Seal. He is a 3 time Southern Finals Rodeo Bareback and Saddle Bronc rider qualifier. When the cowboy calls for the bucking chute gates, Rusty pops the latch to let the bucking horses and bulls out into the arena.
Ansel Bussinah
Ansel Bussinah is a graduate of The University of Montana Western with a degree in Equine Science. Ansel stays very busy during the rodeos from assisting with the setting up and tearing down of the mobile arena, helping to make sure the opening ceremonies flow smoothly, working with the timed event cattle and also feeding the livestock. Ansel enjoys competing in Ranch Rodeos and is an apprentice blacksmith.
Matt Speight
During the rodeos, Matt Speight can be found helping with the opening ceremonies and assisting the Pro Officials at the roping chutes. He is also one of the die hard crew that stays up late after each and every performance watering all the livestock.
Bubba Morris
Bubba Morris will be found at the rodeos helping sort and load the timed event cattle and working in the back pens during the bull riding. Bubba and his family have been involved in rodeo their entire lives.
Josh Crager – Bullfighter
You might find Josh Cragar entered in the Bareback Riding, but if you notice he will have his face painted. Josh, a 3 time International Finals Rodeo Bareback rider, also has the hidden talent of a bullfighter.
